@richparet Hi Rich, thank you for asking! After speaking to a couple hundred entrepreneurs, we found they needed a more targeted, manageable way to meet a great cofounder or find a startup team to join. Current platforms require the user to spend a lot of time searching for the right person, cold emailing, and waiting for a response. We built an app for entrepreneurs to showcase their track record, put in targeted filters, receive relevant profiles, evaluate whether that person is a good fit, and strike up a conversation if both parties agree to connect.

I'm a big Shapr user. I have to say that the quality and interest of people in The Pond has been higher. I think it must be that the profile structure is strongly oriented toward co-founders and those that want to start a business, not just 'network' to meet professionals... which usually means try to sell some MLM or invest in crypto. UI needs some tweaks, but that will improve swiftly with time
