@thatakke check out the description...each bottle funds the cleanup of 1000 plastic bottles in the ocean! When you think on a macro level....$41 is really not much when you consider the life-span of the bottle and the impact it has compared to solely profit-focused companies like Swell or something. this post was *not* sponsored I just realized I sound like their new intern trying to get brownie points lol

@thatakke Yes, it is more expensive than other bottles on the market. But Will is right in pointing to the impact - we're using a lot of that money to fund the collection of plastic. We pay 3x normal plastic collection rates to incentivise behaviors of plastic collection instead of disposal. And were directing that money around the world where there aren't waste disposal systems like in the US or Sweden. It's also a great bottle - try to find a better one on the market! We've invested in high quality materials and a custom design so your Ocean Bottle can be the last bottle you buy.

@thatakke Also considering there are Swell bottles of similar size but have fewer features that are $35… another $6 doesn't seem so bad. But the main draw for me is the mission of removing plastic from the ocean.
