Hey Product Hunt 👋 I am Renat, the fellow co-maker, no coder, and an avid Notion geek here. Here is the hard truth. Most people will spend more time automating stuff than they will ever claim back from those automations. Building automations is relatively straightforward and requires some skill, but figuring out WHAT to automate is the hardest part. We’ve built this resource for the Notion community to leverage pre-built automations for the most common workflows and start automating with just a few clicks. The Notion Automations Hub is made out of: -Automations datalog - Database templates - Learning resources - Creator library Do feel free to contribute! The hub is a community project and we’d love to include your automations and templates. Finally, I believe that Notion can’t be your all-in-one workspace unless it is connected to the “outside world,” despite cool databases and fancy sync blocks. Automations will unlock use cases for Notion that previously required dedicated apps and expensive subscriptions. Let’s take your Notion to the next level together. 🚀 Renat --- 🤖 *Understanding the world of automations.* 🤖 To get the most out of the template, let’s take a look at the three automation types. ⚡️*Triggered automations* - these are if-this-than-that type of automations. They are made out of two parts: a trigger and an action(s). Example: (trigger) when new page is added to your Tasks database, (action) send me an email. Triggered automations are perfect for fixed processes and to sync information between apps. You can set them and forget them because they will run in the background. ⛴ *Transfer data* - it allows you to bring data from web apps directly to Notion. These automations will make it easy to switch away from other tools to Notion. Example: transfer all Asana tasks to Notion You only need to run a data transfer automation once. After, you can set up a triggered automation to keep your Notion synced. 🤓 *Human-in-the-loop automations* - these are the automations for workflows that require your input or judgment. Many workflows can’t be entirely automated because they need your creativity or input. Example: copy LinkedIn profile to Notion In the example above, you need to qualify people before they can be added to your Contacts database. But instead of copy-pasting information and switching tabs, you can trigger this automation with a shortcut and get the information sent directly to Notion.

We've had so much fun creating this with the community and learning from everyone about their use cases, issues, and ideas! 🚀 This has been built by the community, for the community and the idea is for the Notion Automation Hub to become a living resource for all of us to make it easier to save time and remove friction when using the tools we all love 💕 Excited to hear your thoughts and feedback and to see where we all can take this! 🦄🙏

Hugo kudos to Makers! You folks have done amazing job putting all of this together. I feel like you folks are bringing the missing link between web and Notion together. Super excited to learn what Notion community think about this. Working with Renat and Ivan closely, I have learned so much about Notion and started to use Notion during my daily job and now starting to use for my personal tasks management. Now with all those Bardeen automation I feel like many people will soon be able to do sourcing, setup web pages and many more, with no code tools. Feels like a huge productivity boost and game changer 🚀🚀🚀 Now Bardeen really need Notion community on board, because next step will be to unleash whole potential and revolutionize Notion and productivity tools integration. Excited about that? Then please ensure to join https://www.bardeen.ai/community Bardeen team really looking forward to learn more about your use-cases, so we can tackle them next. Also would love to chat with developers from Notion, on next steps, as more requests we get, more flexible the integration should become and to bring our integration to the next level. If you work at Notion, please reach out and let's crash this together ❤️❤️❤️
