Hey everybody 👋, About 30 years ago when I was diagnosed with ADHD, I had no idea that I still wouldn’t be able to concentrate 30 years later. I’ve tried quite a few frameworks and tools over the years. Some worked, some were a lot of work and nothing really stuck. I “discovered” OKRs (shot out to John Doerr) and they changed both my business and personal life..they were effective and really helped me focus and get stuff done. OKR apps worked well, though obscene amounts of screen time was killing my productivity and even impacting personal relationships - I decided I needed to chill out a bit - so I built something analog to help me track and measure objectives and key results.
