I was inspired to create this product after 3 miserable years job hunting despite my M.A. Since I also write for a local newspaper I began to realize that the struggle of job seekers WAS the struggle of local small businesses like daycares and retail shops. In that, both stakeholders have been negatively impacted by hiring changing from the newspapers to online. When you realize that the trouble here is that employers view job seekers as a resource but a talent platform shouldn't - you can also realize the solution. What you need is a talent platform that safely allows job seekers to share their voices. They can create the roadmap for themselves, like google maps of hiring - and in promoting their engagement you don't NEED scraped jobs anymore which clutter the market to compete with Indeed AND you de-incentivize scammers WHILE empowering small businesses. Win. Win. Win. I hope you all like this, I created the system but it needs all of you to help shift the narrative.
