We’re the first job board with anonymous, crowdsourced reviews of hiring experiences—like Rotten Tomatoes for job posts. Job seekers get clarity. Employers get signal. Small businesses stand out by how they hire, not just who they are. We make trust profitable in hiring.
I'm really proud to have created this, based on my personal experience in the market and understanding what it's like to be unseen, and undervalued. A lot of amazing people have helped me in that process and I've mentioned some as allies but this is a gift for job seekers and for the market.
