Absolutely love the focus here on collecting the right data and asking the right questions. One of the most common problems I see are that PMs are very focused on new features they're releasing, and don't take a step back to think about how they want those features to be used, or the questions that will be asked about the success of the feature by the broader business. Love that this in-depth piece exists for folks who want to get smarter about setting up analytics at their org.
