Since it is a web app, everyone can use it from any device without having to install anything. There is a small button on the bottom right corner that allow you to enter the fullscreen mode.

If you are looking for a native macOS screensaver or wallpaper, you can use an app to turn any website into a macOS screensaver or wallpaper, as the one @mrkhdly recommended to you.
