The Art of Asking

I haven't read it yet, but I found myself becoming more and more interested in what this book contains. I often admire people who ask me for advice or help, but am pretty bad at asking myself. I hope this helps. More importantly, it appears to be about relationship building and perhaps will have some lovely inspiration for those of us who seek to build relationships with customers.
