This is amazing! Thanks for the upvotes. I'm Devin - I'm the community manager and a social strategist at Ten Thousand Coffees. Feel free to ask me anything about the product and Ten Thousand Coffees.
As for whether or not we're only focused on Canada - that's true for the moment. That doesn't mean that people from all over the world don't use our site. Here's a story to that effect: recently, a young woman interested in aerospace engineering invited one of our industry Experts to coffee - the catch was that he's a Canadian who lives in Germany. Ultimately, they 'met' over Skype and, long story short, she actually flew out there to see the space he worked in and he introduced her to many people that he worked with. You can find our post about it here:

Although we're focused on the Canadian market for the moment, that will change in the near future.
"We’re a team of young people who believe that the next generation has incredible potential just waiting to be unlocked. The problem? There’s a gap between the leaders of today and the leaders of tomorrow. We built Ten Thousand Coffees to be the solution: to bridge that gap and help people connect in a way that’s never been done before."
That may be a bit of an overstatement (in-person meetups and Skype chats have already been done), but I can vouch for the effectiveness of TTC's model and design. I think currently it is only focused on Canadian professionals, but I may be wrong about this.
