I love this mug and find it a good value given that I use it every day. I appreciate both that I can ensure my coffee and tea is at the right temperature before taking a sip - no more burnt tongues! And also that it stays at that temperature while I slowly drink it, so I no longer have cold coffee and tea by the time I finish my mug. The charging port is easy to tuck onto my coffee cart and I've had no issues at all in the last year I've had it.
