"All these moments will be lost in time, like...tears in rain."
- Blade Runner (1982)
In fifty seconds and forty-two words a dying 'replicant' teaches a human the fragility of life.
It's an idea perfectly articulated in a scene any sci-fi fan or movie buff knows intimately.
To me, there's no better example demonstrating the power of a story. Or how to tell it.
Inspired by that, I began writing this short story project.
You'll get a new story every fortnight sent via email (usually no more than 500 words) and the stories will focus mainly on sci-fi, fantasy and surrealism.
There's no fancy sales pitch or hook here.
Just some much needed escapism for you to enjoy.
