I recall a research paper that I have studied ~10 years ago. The authors said that 50+% of employers would trust robots more then their managers (not a joke, but I do not remeber the scope of the research)

@maxirmx That's an interesting point! I've built personal feedback within the company based on regular one-to-one meetings and ongoing feedback, but automating feedback could be a great addition. Thanks for the idea!
