Paid for bourbon, month later still not received, called customer service got voicemail during business hours, unresponsive to emails, hoping to cancel subscription & at least get the bottle I was charged for. Worst subscription ever.
I haven't purchased a membership yet, but I'm seriously looking into it. It's a cool company, and it seems like a good way to gain deeper/broader knowledge without spending every weekend at the liquor store (which is fun, but I'm a busy gal).
Got tons of great stuff and learned all about what makes it special :)
