I understand that it's a good market test to demand trial users' credit card info up front, but giving users no way to cancel whatsoever on the site == not cool :(

Somebody smarter than me once said: If you're not embarrassed by the first version of your product, you’ve launched too late.
In order to achieve optimal embarrassment we chose to omit this feature first. 😳
