Hi World! 👋 Too many people are left wandering through Reddit threads and Quora posts, looking for advice on what to say. Communication is tricky. We all bring our own biases, emotions, and histories to the table. I created this site as a free library of resources for people to learn how to navigate the tricky social situations life often throws at us. Whether it's helping you tell your best friend that she's not going to be your maid of honor or finding the kindest way to turn down a request for money, Talking Points for Life is here to help! Not only does each topic have guidance, but also actual scripts and talking points to get you started. I have more than 15 years of experience managing communications for disasters of all shapes and sizes (data breaches to nuclear events). During that time, I’ve learned a lot about communication and people. I’ve seen the power of applying the skills I’ve learned in these disasters to crazy social situations like nosy neighbors or warring family members. Please use with reckless abandon, and I'd very much welcome feedback on the site's design, topics, quality of advice, etc. 🙏 Happy Talking! 🗣

Cool! I love products that care about users' well-being. I'm an introvert and many times in my life I struggle with relationships. It's so so cool to see the categories you have. For me this somehow is a quicker way to train my social skills than reading books
