I've kept a Wins, Appreciation, Stories journal on my laptop for over a year now. Every night before sleep I write the wins of the day, what I appreciate, and any little story from the day.
Sometimes I forget about some wins or stories and I wished I had a way to easily write them during the day. Talk Journal solves this problem, simply pick up your phone, hit record, speak it, and have your win, gratitude or story automatically added to your journal in written format and placed automatically in the right category, neatly organized on days.
You will have access to your journal forever even if you cancel the subscription at any point.
