I purchased the basic plan in May 2023, but I no longer use my credits and want to cancel the monthly billing. However, I haven't received any response to my messages. As another user mentioned, the website is obscure, and they don't respond to comments or my personal email. This, in itself, is a terrible sign, demonstrating complete disregard for users. Stay away from this company!!
The option to transfer the story to a PDF file is not accessible There is no option to share the story or to create a video from it.
