Hey Product Hunt! We’re thrilled to introduce TailorLinx, a SaaS product born from a simple yet powerful idea just seven weeks ago. TailorLinx harnesses the power of AI and Sales Psychology to craft deeply personalized outreach messages at scale, making sales reps’ lives easier and more productive. The inspiration for TailorLinx came on April 2nd, 2024, when we realized the immense challenge sales reps face in personalizing outreach messages. Standard messages yield dismal response rates (less than 1%), while personalized messages, which can boost response rates up to 20%, take about 30 minutes to create for each prospect. We knew there had to be a better way. To confirm the need for TailorLinx, we delved into forums and Reddit, particularly the Sales subreddit. We discovered that the time-consuming task of creating personalized messages was a common pain point for sales reps. This validation fueled our determination to build a solution. Development Journey April 5th: We documented the main functions in our first specification document. April 10th: Development kicked off. May 15th: Our first version, though poorly designed, was hosted (but not shared). May 17th: A redesigned version was ready and integrated into the app. May 20th: The app with the new look went live. We purchased a LinkedIn Sales Navigator account and tested TailorLinx by messaging five sales leaders with personalized messages generated by our app. One leader responded positively, affirming the need for such a tool. On May 21st, we gave him a pre-configured account to bypass the sign-in process and dive straight into the app. Today, we’re excited to share that this sales leader has purchased our $99 plan, making him our first paying customer! This milestone is just the beginning, and we’re eagerly awaiting feedback from him and four other free plan clients to refine and improve TailorLinx. We’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
