@bilal_chaglani No, it does not - the floating window is a "child window" of your browser. So they move as a unit, if you minimize the browser, the floating window will be minimzed to, and other apps will cover it.

@bilal_chaglani Thanks - actually it wouldn't be very difficult to add an option to make the window stay on top of all windows. I created an issue for this on GitHub.
