It is a job search service that focuses on the development of the TelegramMiniApps community
At the beginning of our speech, we highlighted the following problems and solutions:

1. Limited functionality
TelegramMiniApps is being actively developed across all communities,
so resources are required to develop products within this system and there is a strong need to find employees.
Projects get a real case - employees are required to create TelegramMiniApps.
When trying to apply to popular platforms (
, LinkedIn, etc.) there is no possibility to find quality candidates and target audience, as these services do not have MiniApps development points. Candidates and employers have no tool to search for employees and jobs - this is the first problem.
T-Card is focused on TelegramMiniApps development, so we provide: advanced filter panel, resume builder, company authorization, feedback transparency, 24/7 support. We are also open to all areas of business and support the desire for quality recruitment.
2. No opportunity for the candidate to show their cases
Candidates cannot show their cases in a good and convenient format that is intuitive for any user.
We solve this problem by creating a separate item in the candidate's card, which will be dedicated to publishing his cases. T-Card gives the employer the possibility to open the candidate's MiniApp with one click. Thus, we give the candidate the opportunity to effectively show his cases, and the employer without loss of time to familiarize with them, which in this case, can not be provided by any hiring platform.
3. Poor candidate processing
There is a problem of poor assessment of a candidate's skills. During the working interview it turns out that the future employee does not fit the given requirements due to the lack of clarification during the initial review of the CV.
We solve the problem of poor selection by means of detailed elaboration of filters and CV builder.
4. Reviews about the Employer
There are practices when bad reviews about companies or employers can be removed by different services at the request of the employers themselves, this misleads candidates when choosing a place of work.
We are solving this problem in an unusual way - each of our reviews will be signed by a transaction on the blockchain, which will allow the reviews to stay with the employer forever, and not be deleted.
