Congratulations! My mom used their technology to recover after knee surgery, she didn't even have to leave the house and their team is the kindest!

I'm doing the "low back" rehab. I used to be in lots of pain after heavy lifting etc. I'm much much better and only at third of the program total duration. I really want to keep doing this exercises after the program ends as a to prevent any regression. Its like having a PT correcting you all the time and cheering you up. High and low Intensity sessions, your digital therapist updates your plan as you evolve.

Pros:

easy to set up. clean interface. best clinical support. feel much better now. there's nothing like this in the market.

Cons:

at some exercises -- occasionally -- you get a glitch in the sensors that will force you to repeat it

Huge regret! If possible, I would rate zero stars! The equipment rarely worked, constantly telling me I was doing something I was not doing. Repeated requests to repair the equipment resulted in nothing but severe frustration. My therapist would message me at 4-4:30am when I was sleeping. After being DUMPED into maintenance, the therapist I was assigned was rarely available for assistance because she only worked until 1pm. She told me more than once that she ONLY had 3 minutes to help me. By the time I stopped the program, my anxiety caused by faulty equipment and lack of useful help was out of control. Numerous calls to report my mental and physical injuries were ignored. If I had known how much trauma it would cause, I never would have tried it.

Signed up and received equipment. Before beginning you need to schedule either a video or phone call, we opted for the phone call and received a date and time to expect the call. They did not call, so we scheduled a second time. We received an email reminder of the new date and time. Again, no call. It sounds like it could potentially be a great program, but there needs to be quality people on the other end for it to succeed. We are boxing back up the equipment and sending back. Waste of time and effort.

equipment did not work, they want you get into positions that is physically impossible when you're in extreme amounts of pain. at the end of it all I think I'm in more pain and more stress than I went into it. honestly if you watch a bunch of YouTube videos you'd feel more of a program cater to you than this one it is so overly generic it's useless. at this point I'm questioning how this is even part of my insurance oh wait I know how it's the cheapest and most useless thing in my opinion
