I'm doing the "low back" rehab. I used to be in lots of pain after heavy lifting etc. I'm much much better and only at third of the program total duration. I really want to keep doing this exercises after the program ends as a to prevent any regression. Its like having a PT correcting you all the time and cheering you up. High and low Intensity sessions, your digital therapist updates your plan as you evolve.
Pros:easy to set up. clean interface. best clinical support. feel much better now. there's nothing like this in the market.
Cons:at some exercises -- occasionally -- you get a glitch in the sensors that will force you to repeat it
