Cognitive behavioral therapy is recommended by doctors as a first-line treatment for insomnia and low quality sleep. Itβs more effective than drugs independently, yet itβs not very popular. When people find it, they seem surprised how effective it is.
My wife initially went through the process, and I joined in the middle. We both found it effective.
I decided to make an educational experience and plan generator (in progress). If there's interest in fleshing out the sessions, we'll make the rest!
Congrats on your launch, looks interesting for people impacting by insomnia and seems that some practices can be applicable to anyone.
