While doing multi-chain dev work, I often get small amounts of tokens (e.g. USDC) stuck in a wallet with no tokens to pay for gas (e.g. AVAX). The options are usually:
1. Buy gas tokens using MoonPay or Transak = expensive and annoying to have to enter card details.
2. Buy tokens on an exchange and send them to the stuck wallet = slow.
A better option is to use some small amount of tokens on another chain to buy gas for my stuck wallet. I realised that Squid Router works really well for this and then built this app from their widget so that the selected token defaults to the gas token for that chain.
Cross chain bridging can be a bit expensive, but I still find it handier than having to get out a card to pay for gas.
