It took 5 years (with zero prior experience) and a lot of nerves, but we managed to scale it to 7-digit revenue. There was one problem though - it relied heavily on paid ads and there was no recurring revenue. So we sold the business and decided to start an online supplement brand (there's a potential for a subscription model). First we had to source a supplier. We had got so used to print-on-demand with all its benefits, but we couldn't find such service in the supplement space. Terrible. Do NOT use Supliful unless you want to deal with complaints and refunds. They say they ship in 2-5 days unless it's the first time printing your label which could take longer (It takes 2-3 weeks at best), but the normal shipping to your customers also takes 2-3 weeks. Absolute trash company.

Horrible. Customer service terrible, dishonest, nothing is ever their fault..run out of stock never let you know even after an order. I will be canceling with them after all the time spent on this they should be paying me. BTW the subscription business model should tell you a great deal..You have to pay to do business with them they fail, you look bad and they don't care. ....and you have to pay for this level of service..
