Having built custom solutions for CX teams, its usually a big uphill battle to make a such a system inhouse, with so much expertise required from AI to Data Engineering to UI and more, and then the constant integration battle with new sources. With integration from SalesForce, Reculy, Gmail and more, automated dashboards, and especially alerts, this looks pretty attractive for one of the biggest problems faced by companies today.
