As for the performances aspect (recitals)... Does the property owner get a cut of the ticket sales?

@jay_bee12345 Thanks for your question! Generally, the venue owner has a policy in place already. For recitals and such, the dance company usually rents the space for the day vs getting a cut of ticket sales.
