Hi Jas! The idea is really nice! For the last couple of weeks I have had a goal to stretch every day but I often forget to do it till late in the evening, especially on busy days. I think it would be cool not only to remind a time to stretch but also to show some pre-planned exercise suggestions. It's boring and usually less effective to do the same set of exercises every day, so maybe it would be helpful to be able to plan your training for the whole week for example.
