We started our R&D journey by interviewing mums, students, team leaders, mid-managers, executives, freelancers and entrepreneurs from 25 nationalities. We wanted to understand how they do time management now, if and how they use technology, where time management goes wrong and what could be life-changing for them in this space.
With experimentation, objectivity, passion, numerous iterations and a talented hardworking team, I believe we have landed on a beautiful solution. I feel like we have taken the last 40 years of time management thinking, updated it with how people prefer to work today, including addressing where their days go wrong, and then combined all of that into a simple app that respects the need for personal and works calendars and keeping the latter free for automated booking engines.
