Very, very, very HORRENDOUS support. I have been trying to set up my store & custom domain for over 2 weeks (on my own), and neither Simar nor his support team have answered my inquires for help via their support@storelax email. This WOULD be a great deal, if his product actually worked.

Setting up my ecomm site was easy and straightforward. My main selling point was the ability to sell digital products and SaaS licenses. When I needed to push the envelope on what I wanted out of my store, Simar was always there to personally discuss my needs (something I never had with my -ify store).

Edit. I can never be proud of Simar, the owner of this business. The only two products he ever made were nonsense; he scammed all of us of our money, and he also owns a pop up that is called Popsify that also is out of business. This is the most ingenus way to steal from people. And I initially trusted him and his team so much, only to find out that they are fraud They sold rubbish to me

Hi Ernest, I want to address your concerns head-on. First, let me assure you that no money has been "stolen." You and many others purchased Storelax through AppSumo, enjoying full access to the tool for 2.5 years for just a one-time payment. Given the increasing operational costs and very little monthly revenue, we faced a tough financial situation. Despite this, we decided not to pull the plug completely. Instead, we made Storelax open-source, allowing everyone to use it freely. Storelax being open-source means it's free for anyone to utilize and self-host on their own server. Despite our challenges, our commitment has always been to our users, and that's why the transition happened. You've had uninterrupted access, and now the ability to continue using Storelax. I appreciate your concerns, but accusing us of theft doesn't sit right with me. We've been transparent, and have responded to all queries. We've given fair value with 2.5 years of service and then opened up the code for free use by everyone. I hope this clarifies things. Thanks,
