Hi,
We started Stokify because one of my friends working for a small business was having issues with store management. He tried to use other tools like Sage and Intuit, but they were rather too expensive for him or mostly required a large set up. That made us decide to build stokify.
Currently the following features are available:
1. Recording store products
2. Recording store sales and sending email receipt
3. Recording customers
4. Sending email reminders to debtors( which is my favorite feature by the way, even though i don't have a store, i have debtors)
Future features will likely include:
1. Analytics for the store owner
2. Recommendation for the customers
We would appreciate any feedback we can get right now as we just launched MVP. Shout out to the support we are getting from @ericmigi and the rest of the @ycombinator start up school comunity.
Hi @ericmigi@ycombinator@imohchard!
I really loved the idea and it definitely fills a huge gap that exist in this industry!
Really looking forward to it's application, branding is dope!
Also, would love to feature it on my Instagram handle and would love to have on my Business Podcast as guest which will expose it to Indian masses!
Looking forward to your reply!
Please drop in your email address if interested!
Thanks
@imohchard Ok will download and check out your Android version 👍
If you need any assistance with the iOS build let me know, my company - Tech Alchemy may be able to help!
Hey, love tools in this space although it can be tough because its pretty saturated.
What will your pricing look like? Besides your friend, did you do other research in this space? Are you focusing on small stores with a storefront initially as your niche?
Sorry for the questions, just super interested :) all the best team!
@asd_za Thanks very much.
So I spoke with a few other people.
The funny thing is, though it appears saturated , my average store owner does not use this apps.
Our initial users are small stores.
