StatusCal is an availability assistant to streamline your workflow. With real-time status updates that can be displayed on a secondary device, it reduces interruptions and improves productivity. It's available on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac.
This looks like a real neat app, but I can't do anything in the free version other than create a single status. I cannot use that status, preview what it looks like, or use any other feature in the app. While this app looks neat, I don't want to pay money until I get a real understanding of what all its features look like and how they function. I think it would make a lot more sense to open up the features of this app to free users in a limited fashion so that we can determine whether the app works for us. Maybe I could use the app for a limited period of time before being asked to pay. Right now I just don't feel confident enough to make the jump to paying before I've been able to use any part of the app.
@magnuson Those are valid points, Charles. Thanks for sharing them. StatusCal offers a free 7-day trial, but I agree that even that is a hurdle for many, if not most, users. I'll work on improving the initial user experience. Thanks again for your feedback!
