You really need a better tagline and some description on the home page. I have no idea what this thing is and what it does.
And your screenshots can't just be the onboarding process. Show us what the actual app looks like when you're actually using it in an actual situation. Actually.
Good feedback, I appreciate it. Our platform does two things. 1) For users, we facilitate the discovery of local content in any geographical area. 2) For business/brands/organizations/etc. we allow for direct interaction with a fan or user base. A Station provides one place to aggregate your social media and engage with your audience. We have several ways that your Station can be monetized as well.

How do you plan to scale? I'm a veteran of too many difficult local plays. When local is the vector, the odds of gaining a network effect for any particular user are greatly reduced. Admire the idea-- curious if you have a way to scale clusters of local users.
Thank you for the comment. We've been working on this for over a year and a half. The focus has been to build a highly scalable backend platform. We've been working with partners to aggregate content and provide value when searching locally. We launched here in the United States last week at the Collision Conference and have just started getting the word out and opening it up to new users. The plan is to open up our platform to developers and allow them to create businesses on top of it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. @mikeorren
You need more than build it and they will come. I'd spend some time looking for local media partners or someone else (Yelp?) who has scaled locally and can help promote.
Seriously-- however hard you think it will be to get the audience, multiply it by 10 and then add an exponent.

Local is awesome, but it's hard.
