Let your ideas compete against each other. Evaluate the effort, time spent, market access, resources, development costs, human workload, and overall feasibility. Then, pick the winner.
Hello, fellow Hunters and startup junkies,
My name is Thorsten. I am a serial entrepreneur with 17+ years of experience in online marketing and building startups.
I developed this Workshop out of a need to evaluate my own startup ideas. Too many good ideas and too little time and resources forced me to make some hard decisions and discard my wettest dreams.
Little did I know about the actual facts behind my ideas, and I was surprised to discover how effective the workshop was. It gave me full clarity and instant confirmation about the right direction to go and which wet dreams to discard.
The timing was smart, as I had just wasted another 2 1/2 years on a very ambitious startup that went on to win six international awards, was nominated Top100 Retail Startup of the Year by Plug`n`Play and was evaluated worth 5 Million out of the bat by PWC. Even though we received seven offers for a 1 MIllion Euro investment from the renowned High Tech Gruenderfonds, the biggest Tech Investor in Europe, they wanted us to pass a certain threshold we could not finance out of our own pockets. When we finally found an angel investor who wanted to invest 250K Euro, the Covid Lockdown hit two days before the scheduled signatures, and he went AWOL on the deal.
After losing around 250K USD of my personal money in the last decade, bootstrapping 12 botched startups (hey, I also had three smaller exits :). I finally had to realize that these were all way too lofty and all over my abilities. So, I finally focussed on the one that came up as the clear winner of this workshop. Now, 24 months later, this startup has already made me 100k and is growing fast.
I have since used this workshop to consult with some freelancing clients, and their feedback and results have been nothing but incredible and called a "Life-changing Experience." Everyone came out with total clarity about their resources, abilities, and options and identified one clear winning idea to focus on for themselves.
Stop chasing unicorns and living in wild dreams to start building something that you can actually accomplish and will make you money instead of losing over and over again.
I dare you to take your startup ideas to the next level and get complete clarity about your potential before you even waste a single Dollar or minute on development.
Happy building and hunting,
Thorsten
