Startup Culture

Ask any major startup personality about the key to success in the companies they've built, and they'll almost always tell you that it all comes down to culture. I met @milesb through the Product Hunt community a few years back, and it's been really exciting to follow his journey as his company has grown. In his new book, Miles covers the key strategies that have helped him build a rockstar company culture, including some really insightful points on leadership that I found thought-provoking. Thank you so much for hunting our brand new (and first!) ebook, @rossdcurrie. I put this together, having been through a number of startups, and small businesses, and having various degrees of positive morale (read: they weren't all positive ;)).
