But every time I’ve given a job offer to an A+ candidate, they had competing offers. We had to come up with creative solutions to hire the best people, whether it was connecting them to billionaire board members or sending them a bottle of their favorite drink - we did what it took to stand out and make candidates feel special.
That was effective, but impossible to scale ✅❌
