Their service makes managing my business mail easy with their scanning services, and it's very easy to have them forward any mail I need physical copies of right from the dashboard.
I have been transitioning from Earth Class Mail to stable. Mail arrives promptly and reliably which is a big difference compared to ECM where items would be lost for months waiting to be scanned. Their pricing is decent for entry level functionality but feature crippled for simple things like automatically scanning your mail. They call this an advanced automation which requires the “scale” plan. So to read your mail you have to make two visits to the site- one to request the scan and the other to read the scan several hours later. That’s my only issue so far.
I have switched from Earth Class Mail and enjoyed Stable so far. The UX is great and pricing is super straightforward.
