Because we believe in the future the value of software isn't measured by the "number of seats you buy", but by the efficiency it brings to companies and customers! Instead of charging for software tools, we plan on charging for AI and automation features. The value we gain directly comes from how much we can help drive efficiency - so you can get back to focusing on what matters. We know that AI can't resolve 100% of conversations (e.g. new feature requests) - that's where the Spryngtime Chat agent window still allows a human to come in and answer!

Spryngtime's AI will learn from the chat history so if you answer a new question, it'll be able to learn from that (and even in the future help you create FAQ/docs from it!)
