My name is Montana Butsch and I am a staunch advocate for teens and a huge supporter of out of school activity. Previously I founded the Chicago Training Center, a nationally recognized inner city rowing team, in order to give local teens better access to a fulfilling extracurricular. This experience led me to start Spotivity, a dual-sided marketplace connecting teens to extracurricular programs both locally in Chicago and virtually nationwide. Through our app, teen and parent users can maximize after school time while agencies can use our director dashboard to manage their programs, increasing both participant growth and retention rates.
