ZERO STARS. Road was closed to my parking destination. Tried to unsuccessfully find another route, caused me to be late and unable to cancel. Regardless, I was unable and utilize the service I paid for. Refuses to issue a refund despite me explaining in detail the situation. Gave a very generic unrelated response . Emailed them again to address my actual concern of a refund. Gave no reason but refused. I am unhappy and disappointed .
Requires you download a secondary app, "Way" in order to alter parking appointment and promises easy cancellation but once you try access it blocks you and grays out the cancellation option, therefore requiring a phone call to a call center in South Asia; not easy at all! Spot Angles used to be good but after today's experience I have removed both the Spot Angles app and the Way app and will use an alternative app forever more. Don't even bother with this misleading app combo, it sucks!!!
I was sent a promo code by spot angels and when I tried to use it during my booking, there was no place tu enter it. I called, emailed, texted and Whatsapp them, without any response! Pathetic. And on top of it I was charged twice by the parking facility and now I have to do all this extra work and waste time out of my busy schedule to get the credit back. Don't use spot angels, if you don't want aggravation. Pathetic company. Very bad customer support. STAY AWAY!!!...

The app was already amazing but now with the web version, I can easily let guests know where to park when they come visit.
Pros:Removes the stress that comes from looking for a spot or from a potential parking ticket
Cons:Doesn't exist in all cities yet but can't wait
