Hi all! Here’s the quick explanation of how our app works: - Add your preferred exercises to a group (you can invite your friends!) - Set the challenge range for each exercise (ex: run: 1 mile – 3 miles) - Choose the days and time that works for you receive your challenges At this point, you’ll start receiving random exercises from your group, and it will be at a random difficulty from what you set. You and everyone in the group will have 24 hours to complete the same challenge. Check out the video for a deeper dive!

They will only receive challenges for the exercises they want and have added to their group. It's up to users to increase their difficulty when they get better—it's very easy to adjust. In terms of social features, we have contemplated adding both leaderboards and messaging! These would be included in future updates.
