When Pujaa (5'2'') moved from Wall Street to Silicon Valley, she was ecstatic to trade her heels for sneakers. When she couldn't find any sneakers that gave her the lift and confidence boost of heels, she used her engineering skills to design a new shoe with a built-in lifted insole. I met Pujaa through an accelerator program and used by e-commerce experience to help build a plan.
