Hey all! 👋 Excited to announce Spawn, my new AI character sheet generator for D&D. With Spawn, you can create characters in 2 minutes or less. Having playing D&D for some time now, I noticed the character creation process often took longer than I would've liked (~30 min). Because of that, I decided to build Spawn which leverages ChatGPT to create unique characters with interesting backgrounds, accurate ability scores, relevant equipment, and more! The app currently supports all of the standard races, classes and backgrounds included in 5th edition D&D, but I plan to add more in the future. @markk0217 yeah I've used Spawn a few times with my own D&D group to create NPCs or other PCs. For longer campaigns, using it for NPCs makes more sense, but for one shots and shorter campaigns, players can use Spawn to build full PCs.
