Hi Product Hunt! I’ve been working on a new open source project for several months now: Spark.NET -------- It’s a web application framework that embraces ASP.NET, Blazor, and Entity Framework fundamentals while extending their capabilities and adding new ones, enabling developers to build feature-rich web applications quickly. It was also heavily inspired by Laravel and Ruby on Rails. It allows you to quickly build web apps by providing lots of functionality out of the box, such as: 👉 4 project templates: Blazor, API, MVC, Razor pages 👉 A pre-defined project folder structure 👉 Custom CLI tool for creating projects, migrations, and code generation 👉 Database and Entity Framework already setup 👉 .env file configurations 👉 Simplified cookie authentication and authorization 👉 Scaffolded home page, login, register pages, and profile pages. 👉 Logging 👉 Email 👉 Events 👉 Background Queues 👉 Scheduled Tasks 👉 Extension methods You can try it out yourself in a few easy steps: 1. dotnet tool install --global Spark.CLI 2. spark install 3. spark new MyApp I still have a lot more planned and am constantly adding features and fixing bugs.
