The sound quality and availability of services are great, but the latest updates cause a lot of bugs.

For a company with tagline 'effortless listening', Sonos remains the most frustrating sound system in terms of set up. Not worth the price.

App doesn’t feel loved. I have no desire to move to the newer app and lose support for much of my kit.
