I built Softskill Soundboard because I wanted a structured way to practice presentations and get better at thinking on my feet during Q&A sessions. Turns out I wasn't alone - so many talented people I know struggle with the same communication challenges but have no good way to practice. Unlike generic interview prep or communication courses, we focus on deliberate practice with immediate feedback - the same approach you'd use for coding interviews. You roleplay realistic scenarios and get specific guidance on what to improve, rather than just cataloging a series of tips and frameworks. We're starting with interviews and impromptu speaking, but the bigger vision is creating the practice environment that soft skills have always deserved. Technical skills are just the entry fee - it's communication that determines career growth.
