As someone without a finance PhD, I lack both the deep financial knowledge and the endless hours needed to research company stocks. But I do want to invest—and it kills me to see my money just sitting in the bank.
The problem? Finding great investments takes time and knowledge.
I needed a platform that makes researching stocks fast, easy, and smart—with real-time alerts, watchlists, company updates, and interactive insights for humans, all in one place.
But I couldn’t find one. And Dimitris @deffro—my friend and colleague—couldn't find one either.

Basically, once a day we gather automatically (through our backend service) all the newest data available for every company that you can search on https://smartf.in/. We do this on a "diff" basis i.e. we only retrieve what is new and/or has changed in order to be lightweight.
For example, the data for a US publicly exchanged company (e.g. Nvidia) are derived from the official U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission data API.
We try to have the data as updated as possible, as official as possible.
Finally something for stocks that is simple and not spread in 1000 pages, tabs, and subtabs. Clean and tidy, the “Company” page has all that you need in a single (not long) page. That’s what i liked most and I believe many will do too.

I have tried a lot of stock analysis apps. But I have never seen anything like your “Major Events” section that lists all the important events of a company in chronological order. I see that events include Filings, Earnings, Transcripts, Price Targets, Dividends, Press Releases and Insider Trades. That’s a lot of events and it’s so helpful!

We put a special effort into the "Major Events" of a company so that it will be super-easy to get informed about past and future company events, all in one place.
Have you tried to add companies to your watchlist? You will love the "Major Events" section there. Events only for companies that are in your watchlist.
