drink more mindfully, drink water between the drinks, consider environment, take brakes between the drinks, drink slower, take brakes, avoid drinking on empty, try lower alcohol drinks etc.

@adityavsc Hei, the founder is a former binge drinker who suffered also major hangovers on top the overall bad habits around alcohol. So that was the start of it all. After 4 different formulations, thousands of products for human trial and feedback, 3 years cooperation with the best nutritionists the winning formula was ready.
About the app! we started with VR and AR apps and ended up with releasing the easiest and most effective option, which is a simple and robust reminder app that notifies while you drink about staying hydrated, taking supplements, taking brakes, choosing healthier drinks etc. You just choose default reminders or add your own (what ever works for you that night).
