This would have been very useful last night when I woke up at 4am and couldn't go back to sleep 😴 @mikeybreakfast what'a your process for curating the content?

@abadesi Thanks for the question! We work with a few select creators in the space to create the content (experts in CBT, mediation, hypnosis, etc...). We're also constantly talking with our users to help gauge what types of stories and meditations they like the best, which helps us focus on what is working. It is an interesting challenge to solve because sleep is such a fragile thing. What works for one person may not work for another. But as we get more and more data, we can start to zero in on the most effective combination of content/music/nature sounds, etc...
