@angela_hoover That's a great question! From a technical perspective, our general approach is abstract all the technical billing details away for you. It shouldn't matter to you if a customer is paying for each use of a feature of has unlimited access when you report usage to us, nor which plan they are on, that they just did a mid-cycle plan upgrade, or what their billing and invoicing cycles are. The end result of this is that our invoices are very accurate, down to the line item level. This helps with the accounting back-office side including taxes, as invoicing errors are avoided, and you can avoid doing any manual billing. That being said, we offer a built-in VAT tax module free of charge for customers based EU, but delegate the tax and threshold calculation to third party providers in others cases!

@hritik_choudhary thanks :) The most complex pricing plans we have seen have usage-based components with a per unit price that decreases with more usage + a variety of per-Seat priced features, and on top of that billing cycles that are not aligned with the invoicing cycle. That's the kind of complexity we abstract away for you with Wingback even if you are just getting started!
