SiboSafe makes it easy to follow low FODMAP diet, track food intake and find out what ingredients causing you abdominal symptoms like bloating or pain. It offers low FODMAP guide with a Diary to track meals and helps you figure out your tolerance to ingredients high in carbohydrates.
Looks great. As someone who has dealt with SIBO, I've noticed most the FODMAP apps out there tend to be overly basic and even ugly, this looks like a one up!
@aialex I also dealt with SIBO and struggled to find an app that will finally give an answer to my FODMAP tolerance. There are some good apps out there that help with the diet, but none are utilizing any data analysis or AI on top of it to bring some greater value that will help us get better insight into our own tolerance levels.
That's why I've decided to build my own app. Really looking forward to user feedback and hope to build the app that will be of a great value to the community.

Great question @denis_galka ! Currently all available apps are mostly just providing information on low FODMAP* ingredients, while SiboSafe will bring much more on top of that to give better insight into users' digestive tolerance.
Usually, when you're diagnosed with IBS, SIBO or similar GI condition, you're advised to:
1.) Follow the low FODMAP diet for 2-6 weeks until symptoms are gone
2.) Reintroduce FODMAP high ingredients into a diet over 8-12 weeks
3.) Personalize your diet based on insight you got with reintroduction
Where SiboSafe brings a lot more value are steps 2 and 3. While other apps are nothing smarter than note takers during reintroduction, SiboSafe is analyzing correlations between meal intake and symptoms, and providing tolerance analysis so that users don't have to do the "math" themselves.
I've been dealing with SIBO myself and realized there's no app that will help me track my diet & healing journey, and later if symptoms get back what caused them. SiboSafe helps me keep record of my nutrition and symptoms, and personalize diet accordingly.

I've struggled to find an app that will allow me to track my diet and find out what food I can tolerate or not, so I decided to build my own app. Meanwhile I've realized I could help others as well so there it is - SiboSafe is currently available on the App Store! Hopefully will make life easier for everoyone who struggles with IBS/SIBO or similar GI conditions.
